Falling asleep

Today, I fell asleep on the bus i used the bag and the books inside, in which i bought from my schools book store as a forhead rest. I woke up with 20 mins left on the bus ride, and there were empty seats infront of me…i wondered why no one was sit…itng there, but thought nothing of it, talked to someone from hs, got off and went home. My brother greets me at the door, saying “John you have a uni-brow”.

I brushed it off thinking hes playing me for a fool. Walk up stairs and checked… my eye brows were connected by a solid blue ink from the bag holding my books, turns out my body heat removed it off the bag and placed it nicely on my forehead…MLS

When old friends meet

yesterday it was one of my old hs friends birthday…i went to her party thinking not much of it, but it became quite fun
through out the night there was some interesting moments…
like i drank 3.5 litres of fluid….but dont worry it was all water
i got to meet another one of my friends and her nrew boyfriend, he is a good guy tho, cause this guy is friends with my firends who i see often so it was nice to meet the guy. he was quite funny and interesting. they make a good couple. but anywho randomly that night one guy pulled me aside and told me i should “hit that” refering to my old friend. i was like NAWWWWWWW B. she has a boyfriend, and ima save it for my future wife…he then said ohh my bad, you got my respect for that.
Also, from this night it reminded me of how good of a friend i have, who really looks out for me. all in all a good night

the deed is done

Yeah, im back from my workout.
left about 10 minutes after my last post and got home around 3:20pm
today was suppose to be chest and triceps day, but since i missed out legs yesterday and so did my workout partner, we did legs.
when we do legs we squat.
lemme tell you a little bit about my friend scott
he’s 6′4″, im 5′6.54321″
so its awkward for us on legs day espesially squats since we start our set on two different heights.
After changing the setting of the bar for 1 sets. i decided ill just use the other squat contraption.
it didnt work out well
the setting was great, but… the only problem was the barbell that i was using was a bit messed, the first tiem i did it i was fine, but the second time, it was awkward so i put i stopped, and put it back, int he process of that, the messed up my left pinky…
man my webcam sucks i cant get a proper picture of it. ima need to revert to prose to illustrate a visual instead.
a chunk of skin and then some… got displaced on the palm side of my upper pinky, and on the other side , just a little bit of skin.
i dont want a chunk of my finger to be missing, so i went ot the washroom and just washed it out only and then closed the wound with pressure, and then wrapped it up with toilet paper. it was bleeding alot, so i had to keep on changing my improvised band aids.
well we finshed working on legs and shoulders, and then i asked for a band aid cause the paper towels were just too big.
we ran, first slow, medium then fast, then slow, then medium, then fast thenn slow.

K, im awake now its 5:14pm.
anywho the run was amazingly destructive to my body, i wanted to quit, but i to dayi read in my devotions on ourdaily bread about “knowing you can” “about the little train taht did”. the pace was faster today i could barely keep up with scott, and near the end i really wanted to quit. but i didnt, quit. i just kept telling me. I know i can, to i can. some where in there i believe it was very spiritual to keep pushing yourself until the end, until the goal was reached.
funny thing tho my firned who was runnign with me doesnt really beleive in God but he does believe some higher power exist somewhere. said, this.

Got me thinking, thats great, i know that thats the same way for our battles, and our struggles against this world, against our temptations, against what we just want to do. Its alot harder to press on then it is to quit. it takes a whole lot more gusto, zest, determination. so one day, prolly sooner or later, as im battling my struggles, i hope i will allow the Holy Spirit to help me through it all.

i just got off or work, and remembered i had a weird dream.

Ohh i forgot to leave a review on the time travellers wife.. i saw it on tuesday. it sucks.  and i am one that doenst get dissapointed much.
my dad just walked in and complained that he can’t sleep cause of the noise.
anywho. Yesterday i was quite the chaufer, i did some driving for someone for their engagement party. It was pretty cool to me how the formal stuff goes when introducing each other familys, accepting the gifts, and giving off the bride and saying the wishes. it was soo VN to me. first time ive ever been to one of those. but anywho.
I think ive fallen again. for someone again, “whos name shall not be named”

What june 9th.. thats like ages ago, like a whole 2 months and a bit ago…
summer flew for me..
like a bird..
so where do i start..
what can i remember..

So recently about, a month ago, i started wanting to be a cage fighter, still do, i think it is awesome, two guys train a whole 6 months to go give it their all in the ring, who has a bigger heart? Who is more determined? who doesn’t want to give up. To me this sounds quite spiritual.
SPEAKING OF SPIRITUAL, lately i have felt quite spiritually drained, well obviously its my fault, ive been putting too much out, but not taking enough in. Hence drained, lately i have been speaking to the youth on sundays, and the sermons have been quite roller coaster-ee. How can you say so  well some you just know are good and some you know are bad. preparation has to do alot with it. anywho i did alot of experimenting to see what is effective and what isnt. but still i know i am very ammature, but i got time to learn.
OHH, recently this quote has stuck to my head “God doesnt call the qualified, but he qualifies the Called” ive always known that but it doesnt seem like ive been working hard for God to teach me all his ways.

This past weekend has been one of the more anticipated weekends for me this summer, i have invested some of my time this summer for this weekend. This past weeknd was the “Go! Rally”, i help get things done here and there for the event, and im glad God allowed me to help with this fantastic event. For this event, our goal was to raise $5000 for the speaker, and the band who both came from B.C. Paul Vike and Jezreel. Jezreel means “God plants”. Pretty awesome. I spent some time making videos here and there they are quite the funny video’s, BRENDA YOU SHOULD MAKE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT JUST TO SEE THEM.

anywho i got to meet the band, and i was one of the em-cees introducing the thirteen of them and remembering their names was quite hard, but i managed to only get stumpped on two…
But God did His thing for this event for sure, providing what we hoped for and more.

Other then that, some highlights of my summer
I got my full drivers licence
Ive built some new relationships and built upon older ones as well
Ive broke my laptop, but also go it fixed
Ive increased my time of “The Human Flag” to 13 seconds
Ive made some funny videos.
I went to dave and busters for the first time
I found out that im a great D.D.
And i love d.ding
cause i dont drink
Ive realised that I spend more time in the gym then at work
I Bought my first pair of running shoes that i actually use for running
Ive grown a passion for running.
ive decieded to run a marathon in october with my gymbuddy/friend/awesomefriend.
I bought a whole H&M Pinstripe Suit made in romania with Super 100’s fabric, off craigslist for $25.. BRAND NEW,
Ive bought another blazer.
Cant really think no more, of anything thing else thats super special. i guess thats it for now…
